SVCS Customer service team has long term multi-sectoral know-how from mechanical engineering and IT technologies to many year’s practical experience from work in semiconductor fabs. The typical services provided to our clients are:
- Customized design for equipment built to customer specific needs and requirements
- Delivery, assembly, start-up and commissioning of production or R&D equipment on-site
- Training of customer staff in the operation of the equipment
- Global and local stock of spare parts required for the continuous operation of SVCS equipment
- Remote support after startup by dedicated software tools – both troubleshooting and upgrades
- Maintenance services provided by local engineers or from headquarters
